We are a start-up born in 2021 from a team with decades of professional experience to meet the needs of small and medium-sized, large companies globally, offering an
end-to-end service for the research, creation, and management of RFQ process.

Dr. Ricardo Henriquez – Managing Director

.Dr. Henriquez has more than 25 years of experience working in international business, government procurement, development and investment. He been part of successful bidding projects from both sides: working with governments and NGOs as well as advising private sector clients. His experience includes projects in Kazakhstan, Uganda, Spain, Israel and Germany.

Gabriel Leor, MBA - Senior Advisor

Mr. Leor is the third entrepreneur who contributed to the creation of Tendi. With over 16 years of proven track record in expanding customer relationships for both established international organizations and startups, Mr. Leor is the one who takes action, manages, and gets things done down to the smallest detail without losing sight of vision. A global executive and leader specializing in B2B and B2G technology sales management, he founded the RFP bidding department at AID Genomics and AID Partners. He delivered over $ 100 million in multiple awarded contracts in his first year and prepared over 250 responses in just six months as a great success. As an entrepreneur, he has founded multiple startups, increased revenues by over $ 15 million, and successfully exited two companies

Samuel has more than 15 years of experience in content writing, with a wide range of sectors, including entertainment, procurement, science, industry, etc. He has a Master in Culture and Communication from the Steinhardt School of Education, New York University.
